Everything mail can do
Written out on one page so nothing goes unused just because you never knew it was there. Two scenes — reading, then writing.
Connect
All your inboxes, one screen.
From Gmail to company mail — five accounts on one screen, calendars included. You sign in on each service's official page; Owlu never sees or stores your password.
Need a company-domain mailbox? Owlu hosts it for your team.
Read
A thread of dozens of emails, in one paragraph.
Not summarized one by one — Owlu reads the whole 12-email conversation and condenses it into a single paragraph. No more scrolling back to reconstruct yesterday.
- The entire thread condensed into one paragraph — 12 emails, one summary.
- CC'd in halfway? Full context recovered for you.
- Summary and original side by side — reply right there.
Automatic summaries can be turned off in Settings.
① When you read
You already know what an email says before you open it.
Sorting starts the moment mail lands. These nine are everything the reading side does.
Every account, one list
Mail from all your accounts arrives in a single list; pick one and read and reply right beside it.
Summary before you open
An AI summary is attached the moment mail arrives, so you decide whether to open it from the summary alone. (Can be turned off.)
Buttons already there
Every email carries draft reply, remind me later, and share — one click each.
Long threads in one paragraph
Dozens of back-and-forth messages condensed start to finish, with the date-by-date history underneath.
Sorted for you
AI reads your past mail and proposes folders like “Clients · Contracts · Team”; drag to fix anything you disagree with.
One search for everything
One box finds mail, contacts, events, and organizations, and highlights the matched words in yellow.
Your labels, untouched
Gmail labels and stars stay exactly as they are; one key (V) applies them.
Remind me later
“Show me again tomorrow at 2” — pick a date and time and it comes back then.
Newsletter cleanup
Unsubscribe with one button from the screen you are already reading, and see every subscription in one place.
② When you write
Write with the original in view, and keep the replies you repeat.
No tab-switching to copy things across. The writing side does seven things.
Re: Co-branded campaign — partnership proposal
Write while you read
Compose with the original and its summary beside you. Nothing to copy between tabs.
Send without waiting
Press send and the screen returns immediately while delivery continues behind it. Pressing twice does not send twice.
Pick the sending address
Choose which of your accounts it goes out from, right in the compose window.
Save the replies you repeat
Keep recurring replies — like a quote follow-up — as templates and pull them in.
Big files, just attach them
Oversized files are uploaded to your Drive (Google/MS) and sent as a link. No bounce-backs.
Digital business card
Build a card-style signature with your name, title, contact, and logo, and attach it to your mail.
Unfinished mail is safe
Drafts autosave within seconds and survive the app closing. Outlook drafts show up on the web too.
